I do accept HSA/FSA cards. While I do not accept insurance, I will provide you with a monthly Superbill for you to submit to your carrier for out-of-network compensation.
Ketamine is a legal, safe and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD. Once our medical team has completed their assessment and determined you are a good KAPcandidate, they will write you a prescription for ketamine, forward it to our compounding pharmacy who will send it to you by mail.
Clients bring their prescription of sub-lingual lozenges to the office and self administer the medication. The lozange is placed under the tongue where it quickly dissolves.
